CUGAT!, a new work by Eduardo Vilaro is an homage
to Mambo king Xavier Cugat, one of the greatest Latin musician of all time. It is set to mambo tunes made famous by Cugat,
which will be performed live by the Angel Meléndez & The 911 Mambo Orchestra on October 19 and 20 at the Harris
Theater. You will also see excerpts of Tango Vitrola by Alejandro Cervera, set to early recordings of tango music
from the 1920's.

to ALL dancers in my address book. We are looking for West Coast Swing dancers for this project, and we need your help. Please
pass this on to your friends, family and other dancers.
Even if you are not an West Coast Swing dancer, you can still
be in the movie as an extra - we need audience who can cheer and applaud!
Message from producers: "You are truly vital
to this project. We really want to show West Coast Swing dancers as the truly dedicated, vibrant and eclectic group that they
are! We can only accomplish this with the help of these passionate people. Also, all levels and ages of dancers and spectators
are not only welcome but wanted!"

Wanted Your Press Releases.
Dance 4 America is an InterCultural communications editorial content OnLine publicatioon which publishes
the complete focus of the greater diversities which exist in the cultures of dance.
Dance 4 America Editor Mr. Roger M. Christian will recieve all in coming press releases with every attempt
possible to published each press release sent in - via the email animated gif below when at least one photo is also submitted,
and with the further understanding - that in " the action of sending the press release is an agreement that:"
One: It is considered as " now " public domain by said action of sending via the email below..
Two. The dance company of such releases is responsiable for its accuracy and content. Mr. Christian

We both have money and time invested in our businesses, and I am sure that

There are several auditions for dance which are now open to the Ithaca - Tompkins county central New York region, and
here are the major ones which you can take advantage now.
The First is for The Moscow Ballet.

Moscow Ballet will be casting children ages seven to young
teens for its Great Russian Nutcracker U.S. Tour. Applicants must have one year of ballet experience, no exceptions! For more
information, please contact the local dance teacher coordinator in your area. Moscow Ballet’s audition schedule will
be updated daily. All applicants must have a legal guardian present at the audition to sign a release form. Applicants must
be dressed in ballet attire, please bring pointe shoes if on pointe. A prepared piece will NOT be needed at the audition.
Applicants will be notified at the audition if they have been selected. Please be prepared to stay at the audition for rehearsal.

"Dancing With The Stars" judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli
will put their reputations
on the line as they battle it out across
the dance floor to create the ultimate dance group. We will begin
scouring
the nation for the hottest amateur dance talent in September.
I would love be able to offer this opportunity to your
students and
your competition winners. ALL styles of dance are welcome and all
dancers must be at least 18 years
of age. We will be holding open
calls in three major cities across the US. All of these auditions
will be filmed
for the series and will be held in a very visual, fun
and exciting location. We are currently finalizing the
details of
each audition location and time.

377th, Tompkins and Cortland Counties. Ages 12 to 18 years old.
A dance team that does fund raising for
"Area Home " American servicemen and women who are now fighting against International terrorism, and to be prepared to join USO shows both locally and abroad. The dances
are from Jitterbug to Lindy Hop, Latin, Hip
Hop, Jazz Routines, and Break Dance and all training is free. Both who do not have previous dance training as well as those who had formal are equally accepted-just by applying
you are in. Funds are for holiday gifts
and local family support to those who are married and have their families here.
Warning! There has been somebody
who has been trying to use this within the Ithaca area - and not to our benefit either - do not be fooled and report to me ASAP - by phone 279 - 9945 - who is doing
this- Rmember your are dealing with those
of us who have sacraficed Ithaca, and we are not going to be exploited by others.
